Full planning · from $6,500

Venue shortlisting, budget planning, vendor sourcing, design development, guest logistics and event-day production. Typical planning window: 9–14 months.

Design & coordination · from $3,800

For hosts with a venue and key vendors already selected. Includes a design plan, supplier coordination, a production schedule and on-site management.

Private gatherings · from $1,800

Creative planning and coordination for dinners, milestone birthdays and small celebrations. Catering, venue, rentals and flowers are quoted separately.
